Solar Power Plant

These are large scale independent power plans with the capacity of 3MWp and above. Any person or organisation with land of 10 acres can contact SREL and we will with the Government agencies for all permit. SREL will also invest in the entire project and the land owner can join in as equity partner.

SREL can generate 1MWp of power on 2.3 acre of land.

On 100 acre of land, SREL can install 44 MWp power plant

Note that as per the laws of Bangladesh, the following types of land cannot be used for ground mounted solar independent power plants:

• • Agricultural land (Krishi)
  • Government land (Khas)
  • Any land with title disputes
